Police in Johnston found hateful white nationalist messages scattered throughout neighborhoods on Monday.
Similar activity has plagued other places in Rhode Island including Providence, Warwick, Barrington and North Kingstown.
The Johnston Police Department says the flyers were attributed to the Nationalist Social Club.
Channel 10 reports the material was found on Oak Hill, Green Valley and Brenda Drive as well as Greenville Avenue.
