Police are investigating the death of a five-year-old Providence girl.
Naomi Thomas was believed to have left her parents' home on Babcock Road at around 11:15 p.m. Wednesday night, based on surveillance camera footage.
Her body was found the next morning in a pond at Roger Williams Park.
The cause of the girl's death has yet to be determined.
State Officials say they continue to investigate as well.
